Request for Guidance on Salary Increments
Ours is a mid-sized, growing thermoplastic compounds manufacturing plant based in Manesar, Gurgaon District, Haryana, India. Currently, I am in the process of redefining the existing performance appraisal system. I would like to have an idea about the annual salary increments for the Technical Director, Production Managers/Supervisors, Manager - Quality Control, Research and Development Department Employees, and Marketing Department.
Please help me out; it's urgent.
