Happy new year, what if employee does not visit ESIC office after issuing ONLINE TIC for more than 90 days. should i issue him another TIC OR should i register once again? Please Reply.

Dear Ganesh,
Issue Form 37 duly signed and ask the employee to produce along with the TIC.
Employee can be given only one ESIC IP No. And more over you give the contribution to that no. only. so you should not register twice for an employee.
