You first need to know your area Inspector who shall guide you about the registration procedure. However, following documents are required to be submitted to the department at 6, Church lane, Kolkata-01
(i) Application for Registration [Form-B] - three copies
(ii) Notice of Weekly Closure[Form-G] -two copies
(iii) Notice of Weekly Holidays [Form-H] - two copies
(iv) Appointment letters of employees working - [photocopies]
(v) T.R.7 challan (amount as per schedule) –four copies
(vi) Copy of Factory Licence
(vii) Memorandum and Articles of Association of the company
(viii) List of Directors - three copies
(ix) ROC Form-32 for existing Directors
