Please don't ignore. Go patiently with a positive attitude and talk to Head HR. We can win anything in this world with positive approach. Discuss with her about the yourself, try to be freindly with her. In case if she advise you about your behaviour/work, try to correct it (if it is positive). Since you are in the start of your career, it is a learning phase for you.
Don't discuss this issue with other collegues or other managers/employees. try to resolve it yourself by discussing with your Head HR.
Most of us would have come across this situation in our career. Don't lose confidence.
All the best!

Hi Yash,
One thing I would like to make a point as you have started working so u must be knowing this, untill and unless you dont give the importance to anything, nothing can harm you.
As per my understanding you keep doing your work, once or twice is very much fine if people wanted to poke there nose on you, but after that go ahead and straightfoorward speak to the person, no matter on which position they belongs to, because if they cant respect there position, they cant even receive it from others too......... Respecting someone is diffferent but Never work in fear.........You are only answerable to yourself!!!

Shalini
