Head HR of my company does not treat me well. She never leaves a chance to comment over me.Once i asked her if there is any issue she told me that she will discuss offline later she told that there is no issue it was just kidding.

Dear Yash Varshney
I would like to know what is your designation over there. At initial stages of your carrier these things happen quiet normally try to learn & get more knowledge and try to identify whether there is some lack-ness from your side....All the Best for your career....

Hi Yash,
If you give us some more details we would be able to help you. You have raised a query and suddenly you dont want to discuss it with us. We understand that your HR Head is commenting you. What kind of comments is she passing on you? Is it really related to work or anything else? or do you feel that she is critisizing you regularly . If yes then you need to identify wether it is positive criticism or negative criticism. If still feel you dont want to dicuss this its okay.
Wish you all the best.

Hi..............
I think once u raise the topic related anything you should find out a complete solution. It helps you to learn and understand and facing a new challenge or circumstance but after observing all the things.
If you quit the things in middle it will be obstacle everywhere
It is just a suggestion

Hi,
Thank u all for your suggestion but my senior in company suggested me that just wait and watch,If u find the same concern with the HR then you need to discuss otherwise just ignore HR as i m not part of HR Team and will have very little interaction with her. AS Head HR did not comment me reg any professional issue thats why i m not thinking to discuss with her.
