Hi,
I was wondering if anyone has a powerpoint presentation or FAQs on Performance Management, specifically for the annual appraisal, that can be used as a communication to staff. This would be like a reminder on the whys and hows.
Would appreciate any guidance on this!

Dear Ms. Bina
If you have basic or complete idea about how PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL SYSTEM works & its ASSOCIATED FACTORS, then you can prepare your own PRESENTATION just to make them understand the whole process because, It will become an easy task for you convey the RIGHT MESSAGE rather relying others PRESENTATION.
You believe me or not, as such there is no such presentation on PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT. I suggest you to call for UPDATE to apprise THE PROCESS involved and associated with PMS. These points you capture in your own presentation.
You need to help yourself first. If you fail, you are welcome to seek help from others.
With profound regards

In conducting annual appraisal you must discuss with the employees first the purpose why an appraisal is conducted.
In our company the process is
- employee apprasie themself first
- manager appraise employee and discuss what the employee needs to improve as well as the employees strength
- submit to HR
hope this helps..
