This site provides an opportunity to know where you can practically train to gain knowledge in HR. You have to widen your search to gain knowledge; searching only in Delhi is not going to give you more options. Why don't you look in other states too? I am basically from Pune, and I was also looking for HR training after my MBA in HR. I didn't get a good job related to the HR field. I understood that I didn't have much knowledge in the HR domain. So, when I was browsing this site, I saw a posting for training in HR domain in Bangalore. I searched online to see which are the best training centers in Bangalore, but I couldn't find any clear details about the institutes. I contacted a few institutes to collect information. I spoke to two institutes, "Ajax and HR House," but didn't get much information. Later, I spoke to one of my friends in Bangalore and asked him to help me out.
This is where I got really lucky. He told me that he is working as an HR in Mphasis in back-end support. I was quite amazed to hear and asked him how he got that opportunity. He told me that he joined some practical courses for HR at this place called Black & White Business Solutions - Indiranagar. He shared their contact details, and I approached them for guidance. The first thing they made me understand is that the HR domain is not a one-shot learning course and explained on what basis I'm going to be trained to find out my potential and practically sourced me to discover my skills.
