Dear Members,

I have been working in the HR profession for more than three decades. I have interviewed numerous candidates during my tenure and have reached the conclusion that our education system is inadequate in supplying the required skill set of manpower in different professions. While information can be found on the internet, unless it is digested, information cannot be converted into knowledge. Therefore, it is my earnest request to all junior colleagues in this profession to at least go through concise law books like the employer's guide. These books shall provide basic information which will definitely avoid such basic discussions.
