Hi,

Thank you for sharing that compact book on smart working. However, most people who would be going through the book would expect this to be related to 'smart working related to individuals', whereas the contents relate to how corporates can facilitate the setting up of a smart working work environment.

The book, in my opinion, is more suited for very senior executives in decision-making capacities who could perhaps have a major say in the setting up of a new office or who can drastically influence the setup in an existing office. Furthermore, most of the examples relate to companies from the UK and focus on matters such as the introduction of flexiwork timing, open office plans, desk sharing, smart storage of records, and working from home policies.

The book, though, could open up possibilities for those who seek to innovate, improvise, and upgrade their current work practices and/or introduce some revolutionary HR practices.

What attracted me to this was that I was just talking to a HR colleague about assistance aids for our respective fields...ironical. :)
