Basic + Da should equivalent or more than minimum rate prescribed by Appropriate Government for pertinent industries.

The salary structure may be as follows:
- Basic: 12000
- DA: 6000
- House Rent Allowance: 6000
- Conveyance Allowance: 800
- Medical Allowance: 1250
- Education Allowance: 200
- Other Allowances: 11750
- Variable Pay: 2000
Total: 40000.
