Dear Pickens,

Please submit your memo for necessary modifications. You can cover various points to bring notice to the staff to stop any desired activities that sound unethical and unprofessional. This is the best process to learn effectively without expecting to be spoon-fed.

With profound regards

Hi Khadir,

Regarding your comment, please see below what has been done. I am unsure of how you wish the following to be interpreted: 'This is the best process to learn effectively regard expecting silver spoon feeding.' However, I find it unnecessary.

Due to recent inventory checks throughout the organization, it has come to our attention that items are being taken off the premises for repairs, and the replaced or damaged items have not been returned. Please note, failure to return damaged spare parts or other company property back to the office may be investigated for theft. If proven, the employee will be dismissed in accordance with Article 120 of UAE Labour Law.

Dear Pickens,

I have modified my sentence because there was a mistake in typing the right information.

Please note that no member (experienced/senior) will be in a position to offer their support unless they understand your requirements/query precisely. "Workplace theft" can be interpreted in many ways.

Kindly view your own post as a reader rather than the originator/owner. You will come to know about the facts which I was discussing with you.

Below mentioned MEMO might do the needful for you.

INTERNAL MEMO

With reference to the recent inventory audit report, items mentioned in ANNEXURE were dispatched from office premises under the custody of respective employees for undergoing relevant repairs.

As per company policy, after undergoing repairs, replaced/damaged items should be returned to the concerned department, which is not practiced by our employees.

Respective employees are hereby advised to follow company policy with immediate effect. Also, we request you to strictly follow PROCEDURES and PROCESS defining ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE & STANDARDS resulting in our GROWTH FACTORS. Failing to do so, necessary action will be initiated for item recovery.

We deeply regret to bring this to your knowledge "Employees proven guilty will be terminated in accordance with ARTICLE 120 - UAE LABOUR LAW".
