Hi there,
I have a similar situation with Jubaida. I am working in a small BPO company that also provides seat leasing for call center accounts. We only have 11 employees on our payroll as the others are paid directly by our seat lessees. Now my concern is I've just been given the task as HR, and I'll be handling our payroll. I'm also responsible for scheduling 6 employees with the following details:
- 3 working shifts a day, 7 days a week. Each employee has 2 days off a week:
- 6 am - 2 pm
- 2 pm - 10 pm
- 10 pm - 6 am
Number of agents on duty:
```
Mon Tue Wed Thu Fri Sat Sun
6 am - 2 pm 1 2 2 2 2 2 1
2 pm - 10 pm 1 1 1 1 1 1 1
10 pm - 6 am 2 2 2 2 2 2 2
```
The issue with the schedule I've created is that some agents have to work 6 days a week as the schedule requires more than 6 agents on a 5-day work week.
I am now trying to gather as much information online due to my lack of knowledge and experience. In the upcoming months, our marketing department is expected to bring in more clients, resulting in the need for more employees. I am unsure about the files to compile for each employee and anticipate being involved in the hiring process soon. I would appreciate it if you could provide me with basic information and solutions.
Thanks!

I have a similar problem with Jubaida. I am designated as HR in the prestigious University. We have 130 employees. 51 are full-time employees, and the rest are contractual. As a newly designated HR, I can hardly deal with them since I am also new to this institution. How can I start as an HR in this institution with regards to the files to compile and the recording system? I don't have any idea. Please help me.
