Before answering your query, let me ask you a few questions to find out your background and motivation:
What qualifications and experience do you have?
What do you want in life: to work in industry or to work in academia?
Management is a wide field; therefore, in what area of management do you want to specialize?
Without knowing the answers to such questions, it will be difficult to address why you want to go abroad, how far London is, and how to get there.

Have a nice day.

Thank you for your reply.

My dream is to do business (or establish an organization) in the future. As per my knowledge, before going to do any business, we must have some knowledge as well as experience. But in the existing environment, I don't have that much scope to update my knowledge. So, I thought that if I go for a PhD, I can gain more clarity on expected things. However, the problem I am facing is deciding on which topic to choose for my PhD. I am currently in confusion about what to do.

The following are my key skills:
• Deep level of analytical ability and accuracy
• Exceptional flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to lead a team

I have experience in the following fields:

Administration & Management
• Management of Organization Internal Activities and Employee work assessment
• Performance appraisal and Payroll
• Counseling employees and motivating them towards improvement

Software Designing / Plan Out
• Software Designing finalization through customer communication and customer requirements
• Software testing: Test case Designing and checking with required parameters

Project Asst. – Analyst
• Finalizing customer requirements by collecting requirements from customers
• Guiding and communicating with the Customer as well as Developer Team to provide a satisfactory solution to the customer and developer.

If you want to establish your own organization, there is no need for a PhD; the skills that you say you have are enough. Richard Branson and Bill Gates do not have PhDs, same was the case with Ambanis.
