Dear Professionals,
The situation is that one of our employees is not able to perform his job due to his family crisis. His brother got into a quarrel with others, and the other party sued and reported to the police that our employee was also involved in the quarrel. In fact, he was not; he was on duty that day and surrendered himself. The employee has not been released yet, and six months have passed. He is willing to continue his job, but due to not being released from jail, we want to terminate his contract, provide him with compensation, and keep an open offer for his family's support (livelihood support).
Now we want to terminate his agreement. Please provide me with a letter of termination of an agreement due to an uncontrollable factor.
