Please open any thread. See at the bottom of the thread, there is a "post your comments" box available. Below the comments box, please click on the blue box "Start New Topic". You can select the appropriate subject to which your thread is related, and click on "Start New Topic/Share Files/Formats". Then, you can type your subject heading, ask your query, share the knowledge, and articles you have.
To attach any file, click "Manage Attachments" and attach the files. You can change the script size and color with the help of the toolbar available in the Message Box.

Dear Senior,
I am reaching out to seek clarification on a matter that has been causing me some confusion. I am relatively new to the construction industry and have recently joined a company that is responsible for a 45 km road construction project under the supervision of NHAI. As part of my compliance responsibilities, I have obtained both Bocw Registration and the Contract Labour Licence (Central). However, some of my seniors have advised me to also consider obtaining a factory license, which has left me feeling uncertain.
Our upcoming plans include the establishment of a batching plant, asphalt plant, WMM plant, fuel pump, and storage facilities for construction materials, all of which are integral to our construction activities. Given this context, I would greatly appreciate your guidance on whether it is necessary for us to pursue a factory license in addition to the existing registrations.
