Dear Vimal, I do not have any knowledge of other states, but in Haryana, we do not have a specific salary structure in the minimum rates of wages notification. However, to ensure payment of minimum wages to these part-time associates, we find out the daily rate of wages and then divide by eight to determine the per-hour rates to implement the Minimum Wages Act, 1948.
