if they are not clear your account and not issued any notice period letter, then you can take advice from labour court.

Very sad.. Other than moving to the civil court to file a suit for recovery of dues, you can also file a police compliant against the MD as he has threatened you. regards, Kamal

Dear Mr. Ashok,

Gurgaon court will have jurisdiction as the place of the incident is Gurgaon. What do you mean by 'What is the legal position in this issue'? It is already mentioned in my last input. Consumer courts have no jurisdiction to entertain such cases as expressed by Ms. Deepali.
