Dear Seniors,
I am Prashant Thakur, working as an HR Executive in a production unit. My company did not have any HR department earlier, but now they want to start one. They have appointed me for this role, despite my limited experience. Now, I want to know:
1. Where should I start?
2. In my company, permanent, contract, and temporary employees are working. What will be the leave policy for them?
Please guide me.
