Thank you for your instant reply. We do have a policy in place, and CITEHR has always been a great help. I tried in my friend's network, did research on Google and CITEHR - not getting specifics. Help/guide me the way out.

While designing the SOPs or HR Manual, keep in mind the measures of performance for the retail store. Secondly, your inventory performance is also quite important. How you manage your back-end operations is crucial. When designing SOPs, please do not focus solely on the soft aspects of employee issues such as their uniform and grooming.
