Dear All,

I need an answer for the PF withdrawal. I left my previous job in Delhi on 13th March because I had to shift to Mumbai. I filled the PF Form and submitted it to the Accountant, but to date, I haven't received my amount.

Please suggest what I should do.

Waiting for a response.

Thanks & Regards,
Shilpi Sinha

Dear Shilpi,

You can withdraw your PF by filling out Forms 19 and 10C, which should be submitted to the PF office after 60 days from the Date of Leaving (DOL). To proceed, fill out the form, sign it, have your employer sign it, and attach a cancelled cheque from the bank account specified in the forms. Without the cancelled cheque, the forms may not be accepted by the PF authorities. After submission, you can expect to receive your funds within two months in the form of two cheques: one for PF and the other for Pension.

Good Luck!!

Thanks,
SG

Yes Shilpi,

All the information sent by Mr. Goswami is totally and absolutely correct. I would suggest you to please check your bank statement from June till date. If you have forgotten the amount, please check the statement description which mentions from where the amount is transferable.

Note: There is no money order facility; you will receive this amount through account transfer.

Thanks,
Komal

The process which SG has explained is very correct. The process of attaching the self cancelled cheque is new and might be the reason for delay.

Dear All,

Greetings!

I just need your expert guidance as I want to withdraw my PF from my previous company and don't know much about the process and all. So, I emailed them, and they are asking for the duly filled forms from me, which are Form No. 19, including Form-5, Form No. 10 C, and Form N.E.F.T.

Can you guide me on whether these are the required forms for the PF withdrawal? Additionally, I would like to mention that I have recently got married, and the Bank A/C I am holding now has my new address. What should I mention in Form 19 - my Father's name or Husband's name?

Thanks & Regards,
