All u have to do is, identify the area of your interest from the given sub-themes and prepare an abstract (summary) of what u wish to write in not more than 500 words and send a soft copy to the mail ids given. We shall notify the selection/non-selection of abstract within a time frame and u can work on the full paper and send it by email again. the dates r given in the brochure.

Iam delighted to know that ICFAI is hosting a HR conference in Hyderabad. The theme for the conference is well chosen-"HR- A requisite for business transformation".
If iam not presenting a paper in the conference, can i still attend the conference. Kindly inform the details of delegate fee, venue etc.

thank u for the compliments. there are different fee structures for different categories of delegates viz., students, research scholars, IT people, etc. for industry people it is Rs. 1000, academicians/faculty members it is 500, and research students, it is 300.
