We have never had a course like this before; even the COO was impressed, which is not an easy accomplishment. The training tools and game far exceeded anything we have done previously, and the trainer was very professional in the facilitation.

I had often recommended branded courses but got shot down. This was the second one we have done, and it has set a new precedent.

The Hero's Way: A Must-Read for Leaders

The Hero's Way is definitely a book to read and is highly advisable for organizations such as mine. I always believe that in order for us to be good leaders, we should start by becoming good followers. That way, we know exactly how a follower thinks and works in following every instruction we send out. I will integrate this kind of methodology into my next team-building seminar.

We have a similar issue, management does not see the value of branded courses, although I personally have paid for and attended Stephan Covey’s 7 habits - that was also a great course

I have heard about this program and I was wondering how much it would cost my company. Can Mr. Carmazzi himself do the program and travel to my country? I am recently having difficulties motivating my employees, which greatly affects workforce productivity.

Please send me a message or post the answers to my questions here.

I am very impressed by this program. The facts are very credible, and I can attest to the truth of the details being discussed. Being an underdog under an incompetent manager with a leadership crisis is not good. I would like to recommend this to our top-level management as it can help supervisors build self-esteem. I hope Japanese managers will approve this one.

Hi all, sorry I didn't reply earlier. The contact person we arranged this with was Steve at Directive Communication (Asia). His contact email is [Email Removed For Privacy Reasons]. We had Arthur Carmazzi do it himself, but that is because our CEO didn't mind spending the money. We were also offered other local trainers at about half the price. I highly recommend it.

I have heard and read more about Arthur Carmazzi and the valuable teachings he brought to groups of people like us. This will be another interesting leadership and management event to look forward to. Thank you for this information, Athena.
