Ashraf, I suggest go for a full time course rather than a distance learning course. It will add more value to your profile. Also it will give you more return on your investment on time and money.

As per my view, Madurai Kamaraj University is also UGC/AICTE/DEC approved. It may be that Symbiosis Institute of Management is not approved by UGC/AICTE/DEC as it is a private institute. I successfully completed my MBA in HR with Madurai Kamaraj University.

If you want to work in HR, pursue your course at a premier institute in a regular program. Alternatively, if you have work experience in HR, consider distance education.
Many multinational corporations value regular courses more highly than distance learning programs.
