Hi Arul,
First of all, start reading the newspaper and mark all those words where you have problems or concerns in your dictionary. Try to use English words in your conversations. Begin with simple words like "good morning," "hello," "nice to meet you," etc. Then, progress to using phrases and constructing short sentences. After some time, you will be able to speak and think in English.

Dear Grace,
I have been in the field of Spoken English Language Skill training for more than 7 years now. I have found that improving your speaking ability does not depend on the reading of some material. Here are a few suggestions you could adopt to speak English easily:
1. Read loudly and clearly every day, starting with 5 minutes a day.
2. Listen to any Indian English News Channels for 5 minutes to begin with.
3. Ask yourself 3 questions: A) What you read and listened to, B) How much of it are you able to recall, C) Are you utilizing the material you read and listened to?
4. Read short stories, biographies, and paragraphs.
5. Form a group of non-English speaking people and share the stories, biographies, or paragraphs. Initially, they may laugh, but continue until you acquire confidence.
6. Join a TOAST MASTERS CLUB, which helps you speak spontaneously.
Good Luck,

Dear All,
What kind of training strategy will you adopt to train workers who have technical knowledge, such as plumbers, carpenters, painters, and electrical/mechanical technicians, but do not know English on a larger scale, or let us say those who haven't passed beyond the 8th standard - school dropouts?
Most of them are from non-English medium backgrounds.
How much time do you need to train them to learn basic/simple sentences that can be used in our daily routine life?
What materials can be used to train them?
With profound regards
