Seniors,

I am working in a manufacturing company with a staff of 40 employees. We celebrate birthdays at the end of each month by distributing gifts and having a small party in the office. However, it is becoming monotonous. I am thinking of adding some motivational team-building games.

Seniors, please suggest what games we can play or share some more interesting ideas.

Regards,
Priyanka

Hi Priyanka,

If you want to make it more joyous, start distributing birthday letters signed by the company head on the company's letterhead with a packet of sweets/chocolates that he can carry back home and share with his family. You can also invite the family of the employee to the monthly birthday party celebrations. Arrange a photograph of the employee on a stylish photo frame on his birthday as a gift to him. Additionally, I have attached a few very small but entertaining games for your reference.

For any further queries, please revert.

Hi,

We are also celebrating birthdays of our employees:

1) You can decorate the workstation as a surprise package.
2) You can arrange videos of their family or you can call the family.
3) You can paste the birthday notes from his way via the main door of the office.
4) You can play some scenes from his favorite movie.
5) You can arrange a skit with the help of his department.

Regards,
Swati

Hi Priyanka,

You can add the employees' achievements and recognitions during his/her tenure while celebrating his/her birthday with a note on paper (Company Letterhead) with good wishes mentioned by all team members and immediate boss. Cheers!
