Hi, I have been working on Kirkpatrick's model for quite some time now. I have come across some very interesting articles through all the links posted here. I am trying to understand the importance of using a Control Group for the analysis of Level 3 effectiveness of the model.
Also, could anyone help me with a questionnaire for level 3-4 analysis?
Thank you.

Dear Poorva,
I normally do not give web links to students' queries. However, I am making an exception. Control Groups are used to improve the credibility of findings of any research. Please see http://www.cedma-europe.org/newsletter%20articles/TrainingZONE/Training%20Evaluation%20(Jan%2005).pdf Just as I found it by searching the web, you also do the same and you will find more material. Have a nice day.

Dear Poorva,
I have given my comments on the Kirkpatrick model several times. Please click the following links to refer to those:

For Kalpana: The questionnaire that you have given is not suitable to measure the Level II change. To measure the Level II change, you must conduct the post-training test. Merely asking the participants whether they have implemented the learning or not is insufficient. It is understood that nobody will say 'no'. Level III change is measured through changes in various ratios. Level IV change is measured by evaluating the business impact resulting from these changes in ratios.
