I too faced resistance when I wanted to collect data on employee satisfaction. We understand the target sector is the service industry. Do you have any particular size of the firm in mind? Or would you consider a stretch of many companies within your sample size? Let's see how far we can resolve this.

1. The presence of a full-time HR department operating for at least 3-4 years.
2. Hiring of a full-time HR manager/professional.
Alternatively, any other general criteria that would assist me in shortlisting companies would be appreciated. Please assist me with this. Are you currently working in Pune?
