Dear Shilpa,

When you started working for this program, what was your goal? What was the problem that you wanted to resolve? No matter how clueless you thought you were at that time, return to the core idea and then start looking at the problems in HR.

Here's an article which I believe is a must-read. Please read this and then blog about the first four topics that you find. Let us refine them for you.

Hi Shilpa,

I believe "Effectiveness of Handwriting analysis as a recruitment tool" could be an excellent topic for you. Please go through the attached ppt. It might give you some ideas about this topic.

Hello and happy Republic Day to all CiteHR members,

This is the first time I am writing something on this website with the hope that I could find a solution. I am about to complete my MBA with a specialization in Rural Development. Although I am quite friendly, at times I find myself too critical, which may not always be right. I like to do tasks in the best way possible and feel uncomfortable when somebody is not acting accordingly.

Overall, I am very disappointed with my behavior and short-tempered nature. Could anybody help me to figure out and overcome this problem?

Thank you.

Dear Deependra,

I think your current situation is very normal. Now try to see the thing from a different angle, I mean start looking at things in a positive way and feel that you have control over your temper. This is actually developing a positive attitude. Remember that you should think about changing your attitude. Try to find out what makes you feel irritated or annoyed and why. It's a kind of reckie.

Thank you.
