2. (OR) Small gifts to all.
3. (OR) Small flags.
4. (OR) Pen to everyone.
5. (OR) Sweets.
6. (OR) Conduct a lucky draw - The winner will receive a gift.
7. Traditional dress contest.
8. Essay competition on Republic Day.
9. Presentation on the importance and significance of Republic Day.
10. Decorating their own desks.
11. Rangoli competition.
12. Debate on a particular topic.
13. 1-minute game.
14. Singing (OR) Dancing competition.
15. Snacks distribution.

Please find below some suggestions:
Dress Code: Traditional Wear/Tri-colour theme.
Cultural Event: Employees can sing patriotic songs or dance.
Republic Day-based Quiz
Fun Games: For example, Passing-the-Parcel. You can decide on some funny punishments. Each loser will pick a chit to know their punishment.
Prizes: Chocolates can be given to all the winners.
Best of luck, and I hope you have a good time!
