Dear Neel,

Is this a project you are working on, or do you wish to implement similar uses in your company? Please do share a little more about your question so that we can contribute. Do consider the discussions we had earlier in this forum:

Dear All,

I am already working in a reputed corporate company as a Team Lead in HR Recruitment.

Concern:
Is it so difficult to get a job in other corporates in HR? Because I haven't found many opportunities shared by companies looking for HR requirements.

Kindly suggest.

Sathya

Hi, @CiteContribution,

We are trying to leverage social media for our company and conduct research on the prevalent uses currently by the HR departments of various companies. Based on our findings, we aim to extrapolate the data to determine future steps within our company and for presentations.

Neel

Dear Neel,

Great to know about your work. Let us know if we can be of any help. You may find the practices shared by the industry leaders, but your research would require their success ratio. You may target that with a cross-sectional study collecting a huge amount of data. You may even consider interviewing the HRs and employees from these firms. If you keep your questions targeted, it should not be difficult for you to derive a hypothesis.

The ROI for this initiative would depend on how and who implements this. Many a time, most well-weighed decisions go wrong at the implementation stage.

You may consider reading this presentation that shares the practices of the industry leaders:
