In the present setups, your question may be right for argument but since we, HR people, are selecting the hands for management on a long-term basis and to avoid attrition, the screening becomes a MUST.

It has artificial intelligence which has been matured on Indian resumes to begin with. We have used the best brains in the industry to create this product. This product is comparable to the best available worldwide like resumemirror.com or sovren.com. It is much economical as compared to these and gives more than 95% of success rate on Indian resumes which these solutions would not be able to provide.
But unlike these solutions which are capable of extracting all the information we extract only 9 fields.
These 9 fields have been derived after rigorous discussions with various recruitment managers. The logic for same is explained below:
