Now you have received plenty of input from all the HR professionals. Please take three days to prepare your company's own HR Manual. Share a draft with Mr. Surendra and KS Gopal, and ask for any additions, deletions, or modifications. They will surely assist you without any hesitation.
I am unable to assist you in this matter as I lack knowledge about HR Manuals. Once you have finalized the draft, present it to your Management for approval. Any further additions required can be implemented as policy letters when necessary.
