Hi,
You have to first ask your employer to get RC under Contract Labour Act in which your firm's name must be included. After that, you can apply in Form 4 under CL(R&A) Act. The principal employer issues the certificate in your favor in Form 5 CL(R&A) Act. You have to deposit security fee, license fee, affidavit, IS proof, etc.
