HR laws checklist needs to be updated with the latest amendments, e.g., ESI limit is now Rs. 15,000 per month, and the Bonus limit is Rs. 10,000 per month. Also, the base amounts for calculating the bonus have been changed. Otherwise, in general, a good checklist at a glance.
