I am happy that in the community there are many people interested in MBTI.

I am keeping busy these days and the file is a bit big to attach, so I would zip it or make a compact version of it and mail it to everybody. I will get back to checking the validity in the selection process, and yes, the organization is in the process of taking the license for it. I will float it in a short while. Thanks for the response, and I am still in need of the FIRO-B Content.

Hello Everybody,

I am working on a project titled "Implementing Psychometric Testing in the selection process" with a leading Indian MNC. My project includes MBTI and FIRO-B. I have already prepared a report on MBTI and have mapped the types with the Job Areas. If anyone needs information on that, I would be happy to assist.

Currently, I am focusing on FIRO-B. The test and Score sheet are ready. I have also written some content, but I still require detailed information on it and the interpretation of the scores. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could provide me with that.

The MBTI should not be used for selection, according to the publisher of the MBTI. If we want to use an assessment, we should verify with the publisher – not the salesperson – that the assessment is valid for the intended use. When selecting employees, we should use a whole-person assessment since job success depends on more than one measurable trait.
