Can you please help me to know what is the retirement age in Public Ltd Company in Mumbai?
My Mom has worked in this company for past 32 years and her current boss (Son of her initial boss when she joined the company 32 years back) has asked her to leave saying that she has reached her age of retirement (58-years).
Since Mom joined the company when it was quite small, and 32 years back, she doesn't have the appointment letter to verify this age clause.
She turned 58 this Nov.
Please let me know if any other information is required from me.
