Hi,

Thanks, but I am not following up on my notice period. I am also unsure about any outstanding dues, recovery, my bonus, PF, and certificate. Is there an attractive and respective application format available? My boss was not pleased with me for leaving the company. Please advise.

Hi Jeet,

When you decide to leave an organization, it is mandatory that you let them know your decision through a written notice. Even if you won't be able to serve your notice, you definitely will have to finish off your exit formalities before you leave an organization. Only this would ensure that you had a formal exit from an organization; else you will be considered as absconding, and your full and final settlement would be kept on hold.

Please check with your HR person on what would be the best for you to do if you have not served your notice.

Dear Jeetendra,

It appears from what I read about your complaint that you have not opened up well enough. You know the truth and how to go about your FNF; enough advice has been given by other colleagues.

Hi, Mr. Jeetendra, please talk to your previous organization's HR for all the forms. I think before you leave, you have to fill the no due certificate. If not, it will be difficult. Please contact the HR, and you will get your F&F only after 45 working days.

Hi Jitendar,

Just do one thing: move to your last employer's team and then give them your Resignation letter. They will take around 45-60 working days to complete the settlement process. This involves multiple signatures, including:

- ADMIN
- FINANCE
- NCG (The IT department)
- HR Department
- HR Head
- AVP

After obtaining all the required signatures, you will receive the necessary documentation.

Dear Jitendra,

I am facing the same problem regarding the F&F settlement with my previous company. I have submitted my resignation to the GM, and it has been received.

My date of joining: 21/01/2010
Resignation Date: 19/10/2010
Last working day: 30/10/2010

Please advise Sejal accordingly. Your help is appreciated.

Dear Sir/Seniors,

I was working in one company as an Executive-HR from May 2008 to September 2009. I left this company on 21.09.2009. To date, they have not paid me the Bonus Settlement. Bonus was a part of my CTC. They offered a CTC of Rs. 150,000/- in the appointment letter, but I only received a salary of Rs. 138,000/- per annum. They have not paid me the bonus from 05.05.2008 to 21.09.2009. Can you help me in getting my Bonus? Please suggest my course of action.

Dear Jeetendra,

You should speak with your HR person as you have not given one month's notice. Otherwise, you will be considered absent, and your full and final settlement will be kept on hold.
