Dear Friends,

I am working in an IT company as an HR Generalist. I need a favor from your side – my company wants to start an LTA Policy. I have gone through various sites, but I have only found information on tax deduction rebate and how we can claim that LTA amount. However, I am looking for a proper policy in which we can define the LTA amount for different bands of people. What procedure can I follow to create this kind of policy? If anybody can share their company's LTA Policy document with me, I would be very grateful.

Dear Pragya, Pls find the lta policy.You can change it according to your organization .However the the LTA calculation & tax exemptions will remain same as defined in the above link. Thanks
