9. Staying Work-Focused. Not letting your private life needlessly have an impact on your job, and not spending time at work attending to personal matters.

Do not fear that you do not know English! For learning any language, the best way to start is trying without fear. Look at any child; knowing that he/she cannot speak properly, they try to speak in whatever way they know. After a couple of years, they will become masters in their language. So, start from today! Try to start thinking in English.
Instead of thinking "EN MAADALI EEGA," think, "What should I do now!" This way, you can start talking in English by yourself. Once you are comfortable, automatically, without you noticing, you will be talking in English.
