Your presentation is wonderful and easy to comprehend. Kudos for sharing it with us! However, ADDIE is now ARDDIE; the added R stands for Research, which is an integral part of any project.

Very good effort... you have covered many points. As a trainer, one must not compromise on values and should insist on the same for the learner. Today's challenge for a trainer is not just about how successful the learning output is, but how much value has been added to the learner's life. Purely my view!

Hi, really great PPT. We have started the Train The Trainer Program in my company as well. Nowadays, corporates are also looking for outbound training, so I have included this as well in our training module.

Dear Mons, I really found this presentation very holistic and comprehensive. Could you elaborate on the slide on Training Effectiveness using the different methodologies? Is it from 1 - not very effective to 9 - very effective? Also, would you be able to shed light on which are the ideal methodologies for knowledge, systems training, soft skills, and behavior change programs? Additionally, where do you factor in E-learning, CBTs, etc.?

It is okay as a general presentation on the topic. Training for trainers is a vast subject. Containing it in just 39 slides is a difficult task. Naturally, it cannot be exhaustive. The slide on the various methods of training, their evaluation on a 10-point scale, also needs elaboration. Assuming that it is 1 to 10—1 indicating low and 10 indicating high effectiveness—the conclusions shown in the table are controversial. Many textbooks may not concur with the conclusion.
