Also, try the Amity HR Awards, CII Awards, Hewitt Associates HR Awards, etc. However, I am not very sure if the enrollment process has begun for them.
By the way, Rajeev, you've made a good point about motivation. HR professionals have long been denied recognition for their strategies on reputed forums. That may be because HR is still at a very nascent stage in India. But the scenario seems to be changing rapidly. I hope more such awards and platforms come up to boost the morale of HR professionals in India.

What is the point in introducing HR awards when the majority of the work is done by the employees of the company? It is always the higher-level management that gets recognition. Is there anything for the employees?
