Dear Sayyed ji,

Very nice EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK. Some modifications are required i.e. Termination - Termination after resignation is irrelevant since the employee resigns voluntarily; there is no question of termination. Discharge - The term "discharge" does not fall under the sub-heading of Termination according to the norms of the IR procedure. Lay off does not come under the same category either.

Next is 'Child Labour Policy - a nice interpretation. Since the policy prohibits child labor in the workplace, clause 4 seems unnecessary. Once the policy mandates not entertaining child labor, the management must take a stern decision.

These are my views; of course, the rest of the manual is good.
