Now I gt it ..that means we need to fill the essential/desirable column before Boss's evaluation.
I am right? if yes, then who fills up that column.HR or the Appraiser?
Also another thing...what are the ranges to evaluate the final score..like we have outstanding(100-90), excelent(89-79)...etc...I mean what is basis to define these ranges if taken your Skills and Beh.Assess sheet.

I think you are not clear about this; here I mention that the boss means HOD of the employee, he only filled both columns. Here we didn’t do any thing, only thing is we recommended him to the training program based on the Assess sheet and also we evaluate the team performance, that’s all.
And then the ranges to evaluate the final score is as it is you mention .
