Hi, I am planning to develop a module on interpersonal skills focusing on interpersonal communication, handling co-workers, conflict management, and resolution. Can anybody suggest some material for reference? Are there any videos or movies that could be used to draw learnings? Are there any questionnaires that could be used to identify current levels of interpersonal skills? Any help would be great!

Dear Varshita,
You can refer to "You Can Win" by Shiv Khera. Another book you can refer to is "7 Habits of Highly Effective People" by Stephen Covey (for habits number 4, 5, and 6 only).
By the way, I have conducted this workshop 'n' number of times in the last 5 years. The material is absolutely rich. Do you want me to conduct the workshop?
Ok...
