Can anyone help with a query? After completing an MBA in HR, what other courses would provide an added advantage in an HR career? Some have suggested LLB or MSW. What about these courses or what are the other courses that we can pursue while working?

You can also go for a Diploma in Labour Welfare and Labour Law, which is a mandatory requirement in manufacturing companies registered under the Factories Act. It will provide you with an advantage.
