I am a recruitment screener in the HR department of a renowned company. I need Cattell's 16 Personality Factor Questionnaire for screening prospective candidates for personality testing. I need this test along with the testing sheets, norms, manuals, evaluation sheet, and all other necessary documents related to this test. This is an urgent requirement. I am searching the web, but I'm not finding the norms and evaluation sheets. Can anyone please tell me where I can buy this test? If anyone has all the documents related to this test available, could you kindly send them to me?

If you are a psychologist and a qualified Practitioner of the 16 PF, then you can purchase it from Ma Foi Consultants, Mohan Cooperative Industrial Area, New Delhi. For versions other than the 5th version, you can contact Mr. Ali in Mansyan, Patpargang, East Delhi. I suggest you seek the services of a consultant. IPAT's psychological testing materials are restricted to qualified purchasers. Certain testing materials require more stringent qualifications than others, with an emphasis on considering the level of skill and training required to use the material appropriately.
The 16PF Questionnaire (English version) is a Level 2 instrument. To purchase Level 2 materials, IPAT requires a Master's degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field, plus relevant graduate-level coursework in Tests and Measurement. The Practitioner should also have one year of post-qualification training under a certified test trainer.
