I am working in an IT company.:) Do you have any PPT presentations/article on " Responsibilty and Accountability" or the consequences of "Ego Vs Work" ?
Something that should come automatically from them rather than we make them aware of the same inspite of HR policy,process and repaeted reminders.This is high in our office due to high ego clash and being in HR I really wish if i could help in any way!!! my id is
