It's funny this came up. We have a new site manager who has never been a manager of a plant. This would be a good presentation to forward her in helping her through her journey. As we all know there are so many different personalities we all have to deal with. Something like this could help her perform in a positive way.

This is indeed a very good presenation and useful but as you know the first impression is last impression and its very difficult to change perception later. do any body have any materials how to change old bad impression to good. Means due to some issues my first impression to one of my bosses was not good but i am not able to change my image now even after lot of hardwork if anybody have suggestion and have any theoretical materials pls share.
