Dear Jitender As far as i know , LWF in haryana is Rs 2 from Employer and Rs 1 from Employee. Is this changed or your company is under special rule , kindly clear it.

yes,we can take advantage from lwf,in form of advance & Loan or Staff welfare activities,Most of the Employers avoid taking benifits from LWF as they also have to contribute some amount to it in case of request

Dear Jitender,

Kindly note that the following benefits can be availed from the Labour Welfare Board:

Name of Scheme Amount
Ex-gratia Rs. 50,000/-
Kanyadan Rs. 21,000/-
Spectacle & Dental Care Rs. 500/-
Excursion-cum-Study Tour reimbursement of fare @ 50 paisa per kilometer per member
Accident while performing basis of disablement percentage fixed by the Government hospital/E.S.I. Board.*
Scholarship to the children of industrial workers

Apart from these, there are many other schemes like Mukhya Mantri Sharam Purskar Yojna, Labour Welfare Centers, etc.

Formalities required to avail benefits:
1. Wage Limit of the worker is up to Rs. 15,000/- per month.
2. Contribution paid by the concerned Management of the worker from 2002 to the present date.
3. Current salary slip of the worker issued by the concerned management.
4. Date of receipt of Application/Required Length of service:-
