Hey, that's something great which I haven't seen before. I am really amazed by the brilliance of human brains. The wonders that we wonder are raised by our everlasting wonder "Human brain".

If we fine-tune our brains on the right path, that will definitely bring out amazing results. Thanks for sharing this, which I haven't heard before.

Hi friends,

I need an HR Manual for the company where I am working because it has just started, and we need to implement some HR policies. However, for this purpose, we need to prepare an HR Manual. If somebody can send me an HR Manual/draft HR Manual, I would be very thankful.

Hi M. Alagarsamy,

I am forwarding real-life information for you to unlearn what you believed above. A truly thought-provoking incident that brought tears to our eyes. I couldn't resist sharing this for the benefit of your reading. I hope you appreciate this as much as I did, or even more.

Regards,

M. Alagarsamy

RACE

It was a Sports Stadium. Eight Children were standing on the track to participate in a running event.

* Ready! * Steady! * Bang !!!

With the sound of the toy pistol, all eight girls started running. Hardly had they covered ten to fifteen steps when one of the smaller girls slipped and fell down, due to bruises and pain she started crying. When the other seven girls heard the little girl cry, they stopped running, stood for a while, and turned back. Seeing the girl on the track, they all ran to help. One among them bent down, picked her up, and kissed her gently, enquiring as to how she was. They then lifted the fallen girl, pacifying her. Two of them held her firmly while all seven joined hands together and walked towards the winning post.

There was pin-drop silence at the spectators' stand. Officials were shocked. Slow claps multiplied to thousands as the spectators stood up in appreciation. Many eyes were filled with tears, and perhaps even God's!

YES!! This happened in Hyderabad, India, recently! The sport was conducted by the National Institute of Mental Health. All these special girls had come to participate in this event. They were spastic children. Yes, they were mentally challenged.

What did they teach the WORLD? Teamwork? Humanity? Equality among all? Successful people help others who are slow in learning so that they are not left far behind.

This is really a great message... Spread it! We never do this because we have brains!!!!

Think of it.

Thank you so much. This one came at a time when I was feeling really down. Thanks a lot. Sometimes, we just forget what we are capable of. We always keep on complaining. All it takes is a push to get you back into motion.

Nice one and very motivational. We always keep on complaining about this or that, but there are such kind of people who have made a remarkable place in the world with whatever they had rather than thinking about what they don't.
